Throughout Scripture, God intends for His people to live in community (Hebrews 10:24-25).  In the New Testament, Christ followers lived in community with each other (Acts 2:46-47, 4:32).  The church functions as a connected body with each part playing a significant role (Romans 12:4-5, 1 Corinthians 12:12-31). At Sanctuary, we believe that the local church is the hope of the world.  In a culture of consumerism, God is calling His people to be committed members of a community of believers they can call family. It is our desire to function as a family, and we invite you to be a part of our Sanctuary Faith Family.

Once you are ready to call Sanctuary home and you want to become a committed part of our Faith Family, we invite you to follow these simple steps to let us know you are ready to move forward in the membership process:

1) Register to attend First Steps
First Steps is a comfortable environment over lunch designed for you to meet our staff, learn more about our story as a church, and ask any questions you may have.

2) Register to attend Next Steps
Next Steps is a 3 week interactive class on Sunday mornings at 9:15 AM designed to further connect you into the life of Sanctuary. During this time you will explore the many different avenues for you to get involved in what God is doing in and through our church

3) Complete the Membership Covenant Form
Once you have attended both First Steps and Next Steps you will be emailed a link to complete our membership covenant form which includes: updating your contact information, affirming Sanctuary’s Belief Statements and Membership Covenant, and briefly sharing about your journey of following Jesus for us to get to know you further.

4) A Pastor or Elder will contact you to set up a time to complete the process
Our goal is for each member to be connected to a Sanctuary Elder for ongoing questions and care.
