Sanctuary Women’s goal is to lead women into a deeper, more intimate relationship with Jesus Christ. Our desire is to fulfill Paul’s admonition in Titus 2:3-5 by teaching women to revere God, be set free from the chains that hold them captive, become fervent in prayer and in service, effectively love those in their lives, and surrender to the Holy Spirit.

Women need other women. Our husbands, “significant others,” and children simply cannot meet all of our needs. We need each other as we grow and mature and become more like Jesus every day in order that we may live lives full of meaning and purpose.

  • Women’s Midweek Study will begin August 9th.

A study on the book of Revelation /  9:30 am Revelation is a “lens” that puts the entire Bible into focus.  The lens is focused on the person of Jesus Christ, and His destiny is imminent.  This is a book of victory:  We are overcomers!  One of the reasons this book strikes us as strange is because of our lack of understanding concerning the Old Testament.  The Book of Revelation has 404 verses, and in those verses there are 800 allusions to the Old Testament.  The more you know about the Bible, and the Old Testament in particular, the more comfortable you will be with the idioms found in Revelation.  We have taken our time looking at the first 5 chapters and covered the 7 churches mentioned there but if you did not do that part with us, you can still jump in with us on August 9th.  We are breaking things down step by step making it easier to digest.  We certainly don’t have all the answers but we know the God who does!  Come join us! A Study on the book of John  / 6:30 pm The Gospel of John is all about life. Jesus is presented as the source of life. His mission is to give life. The book was written so that people could have that life through faith. Throughout this gospel, different signs are described as demonstrations of the identity of Christ. Some are miraculous. Some are mundane. All point to the amazing offer of life through faith in Jesus Christ.Like a skillful musician, John weaves images throughout the book that highlight the life Jesus offers. They come into focus for a moment and fade into the background only to reappear later in different ways. They are everyday ideas pointing to supernatural life that comes through faith. Word. Birth. Water. Bread. Light. Tears. Vine. Rise. Breakfast. As we explore the Gospel of John, these symbols will be our guides. They will lead us to Christ who gives us life.
