OUR PURPOSE

Sanctuary Youth’s purpose is to glorify God by equipping our students to follow Christ and proclaim the Gospel, all the while being transformed by its power to live and love like Jesus among their peers and in the world.Our goal is to create an environment for our students where they feel safe, loved, and respected, but are also held accountable and taught truth. We believe that prayer, worship, and the studying of God’s Word are key to navigating the uncharted territory traveled between 6th and 12th grades, and in helping students find their identity in Christ alone. We know that once these disciplines become real and personal to students, God will help them make wise choices in their relationships, set healthy boundaries, and solidify their beliefs, all in order to reflect His love to the world.  Join us as we grow deeper in our understanding of who God is and have a lot of fun doing so!

MIDDLE SCHOOL BIBLE STUDY

On Sunday mornings during both gatherings (9:15 & 11:00), SY Middle School students are invited to hang out with Troy & Emily, as they dig into material specified just for them! Students start out in worship in the auditorium, and then go to a separate space for games, teaching, and small group discussion.

SY WEDNESDAY GATHERINGS

On Wednesday nights throughout the school year, SY gathers together to have fun, worship, and enjoy teaching and small groups. Small groups are separated by gender and grade. New students are invited to get more information about SY at the SY Connect desk on Wednesday Nights in the auditorium. SY begins at 6:30pm and ends at 8:00pm, with dinner for $3/person available at 5:30pm!
