Read Luke 24.33-49.

What words would you use to describe how the disciples were feeling as news of the resurrection came in that morning?

In light of your current circumstances, how would you finish the question today: “Is ________ true?”

In Luke 24:38, Jesus asks “Why are you troubled, and why do doubts arise in your hearts?”

  • How do you answer Jesus’ questions today?

How are you encouraged by the effort Jesus makes to help his disciples know the truth?

How has the truth about who God is been made real to you during this current season?

The question “Is it true?” turned into a lifelong proclamation for the disciples: “It is true!”

  • How has that been true in your life?
