We are excited to celebrate the Lenten season this year as we journey towards Easter!

We encourage you to participate with us at Sanctuary in the following opportunities.

If you have any questions about the following opportunities, please contact us at info@sanctuaryinhim.org.

Daily Lenten Devotional

To help us journey through Lent together, we’ve prepared a daily devotional of prayers from Scripture, church leaders and members in our Faith Family. You can access the daily devotional online HERE or through the Sanctuary app. If you would like a print copy, you can pick one up from the church during our Sunday gatherings or from the office on Monday – Thursday.

Ash Wednesday Gathering – February 17

Join us for our Ash Wednesday gathering in-person or online on Wednesday, February 17th at 6:30pm to mark the start of the Lenten season and our journey towards the celebration of Easter. We will spend the evening in worship and in reflection on our need for a Redeemer together. Children’s ministry is available for birth – Pre-K. You can find more information & register for children’s ministry HERE.

A Holy Conversation on Prayer – February 27

Join us on Saturday, February 27th at 9:00 am for a time of learning about prayer in community together. We will learn from others about their honest journey with prayer and have space to ask and grow together. Come with your most honest questions and hear some honest responses as we take deeper steps in surrendering to a life of prayer. This is a great place for those young in their faith and for those who have journeyed a lifetime in their faith. If you would like to join online, live streaming is available for this conversation on prayer. Register HERE!

“Jesus in the Passover” Seder Evening – April 1

Join us as we hear Light of Messiah Ministries unfold the story of redemption from the Israelites and the Egyptians to the coming of the Messiah in “Jesus in the Passover” Seder evening on Thursday, April 1st at 6:30pm. You will experience a Passover table set up with all of the traditional elements involved in the Passover meal. During the service, you will see how Jewish people celebrate Passover today, how the symbolic foods of Passover picture God’s redemption, and how Jesus is beautifully foreshadowed in the Passover celebration and story. We invite you to join us in person or online on live stream! Register HERE by Thursday, March 25th.

Weekend of Returning Bible Reading – April 1 – 4

We are excited to continue our tradition of returning to the Word of God and to prayer during the Easter weekend this year. We will spend the weekend reading and praying through the entire Bible as Faith Family. You can sign up for 20-minute segments throughout the weekend to read in your homes or at the church HERE. The church is open for reading on Friday and Saturday from 9:00 am-9:00 pm.

You can find the Scripture schedule for this weekend HERE. Each 20-minute segment will be assigned to read at least 4 chapters of Scripture. Look for your time slot to determine which chapters you’ll be reading during your assigned time!

Easter Sunday – April 4
