Lent Devotional – February 18 – March 24

The season of Lent begins on Ash Wednesday and moves through Easter. To help us journey through this season together, we’ve prepared a weekly devotional beginning Sunday, February 18 – Palm Sunday, March 24. Over the next several weeks leading up to Easter, we are going to look at six reasons that Jesus came. As we look at these “I have come” statements, it is our prayer that our appreciation for why Jesus came will grow as we are reminded of how much we need Jesus. These weeks will remind us of where we would be if Jesus had not come, and hopefully move us to deeper worship because He did come!

“Jesus in the Passover” Seder Evening – March 29

Join us as we hear Light of Messiah Ministries unfold the story of redemption of the Israelites and Egyptians to the coming of the Messiah in “Jesus in the Passover” Seder evening.

You will experience a Passover table set up with all of the traditional elements involved in the Passover meal. During the service, you will see how Jewish people celebrate Passover today, how the symbolic foods of Passover picture God’s redemption, and how Jesus is beautifully foreshadowed in the Passover celebration and story. All are welcome so please invite your family, friends and neighbors.

Easter Sunday – March 31

We invite you to join us for Easter at Sanctuary! Our gathering times include 7:15am, 9:15am and 11:00am. We are excited to celebrate our risen Savior together! Our 7:15am sunrise gathering will take place outside on the back lawn with acoustic worship and teaching. Don’t forget to bring your chairs if you’re joining us for the sunrise gathering! In the event of rain, the sunrise gathering will move inside to the auditorium for worship.

Children’s ministry will be available for birth – elementary school children for the 9:15am and 11:00am gatherings. Gatherings will also be available via live-stream HERE on Easter if you are joining us from home. We look forward to celebrating this sacred season with you over the next few weeks!
