At Sanctuary, Elders are men nominated by the congregation, called to shepherd, oversee the affairs of the church, guard doctrine, and discern vision. Elders meet the Biblical requirements for eldership found in Scripture (1 Timothy 3:1-7; Titus 1:6-9) and serve a 3-year term.
